Right-click on your taskbar and then choose Task Manager.


Whenever the task manager opens, you will then have to move to the start-up tab. Choose it at the top of the menu bar.

Here you will see any number of programs as well. They will rely on what you have installed and used in your system. Scroll until you find Skype actually. Check the Status bar if it will say Enabled. This means that it starts up every time your computer does actually.
