  4. Reorganize the iTunes
  5. Head to the “Summary” tab for your connected device & tap to enable encrypted backups again
  6. Now you have to enter the password to set the encrypted backup password twice as usual. Next, back up the iPhone as usual

However, now the message should not come again, & here is the reason why: the iPhone also has been connected to iTunes through USB, an apparent requisite for setting an encrypted backup password. Similarly, it will not set over the wi-fi syncing connection. In spite of there being no hint in that direction. Simply you guys must have the device connected with a physical USB cable for it to work. Unusually occasionally the device will be connected with USB when the warning first visible, that is why we are exiting iTunes & disconnecting & as well as reconnecting the USB connection again. Just as that seems to fix the attempt at using wi-fi syncing rather than the physical connection.

Though you must use encrypt backups to having those pieces back up successfully to iTunes. However, that is not the case with iCloud backups as those are encrypt impulsively.
