Forward Emails Individually as Attachments

The quickest way to forward an email as just an attachment in Gmail is from your inbox. However, all you guys must have to do is to right-click on the email you like to forward and choose Forward as an attachment.

However, this opens a new email simply in compose mode, & automatically attaches the file to your email just as a file with a .eml extension.

Well, Guys! The .eml file extension is a standard email file format though that is compatible with famous email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, & Thunderbird.

Similarly, you recipients could even head to an EML file just by using the Internet Explorer whether they need to. Though this also makes EML the perfect format for forwarding emails, even whether the recipient does not have a Gmail account.

Way to forwarding Multiple Email Attachments

However, the above approach also works to forward enormous email attachments in Gmail. Though all you guys must need to do is select multiple emails before right-clicking and choosing the Forward as an attachment.

Simply this will attach enormous .eml files in the new email window.

Another approach just to forward enormous emails in Gmail:

  1. First of all, choose each of the emails you guys like to forward.
  2. Choose the three dots on the right of the icon bar at the top of the inbox.
  3. Choose Forward as an attachment.

However, this also opens a new email in compose mode & also attaches several .eml files, one for each email you guys selected.

Save Email Attachments Before Sending

Whether you guys use the above approaches in order to forward multiple emails in Gmail. So then you guys won’t have a copy of the email that is just saved on your own computer or store in the cloud.

However, another method which you are also able to use whether you like to keep a copy for yourself is to store the files first, before forwarding.

Download message.

You are also able to download emails by opening the email, choosing the three dots at the upper right of the email message, & choosing the Download message.

This will permit you to store the .eml file anywhere on your PC. Just choose Save As and choose the folder where you guys like to save the email message.

However, the .eml files get stored with the subject line as the email file name. You are also able to save as many emails just as you guys like to your folder before organizing a new compose a message to attach them.

When you are ready to send the emails, head back into Gmail & organize a new message by choosing Compose at the upper left corner of the inbox.

In order to attach the email files, choose the paper tap file attachment icon at the bottom of the email message. However, browse to the email files that you guys saved, here select all of them, & then select Open.

Similarly, this will attach all email files simply to that email, though just in the same type of email as using any of the approaches above. However, the only difference with this procedure is that you guys also have a copy of those emails that are stored on your own computer.

You are also able to add recipients, a subject line, & write the email before sending the files. Though your recipients are also able to use any email client though that they have available to open the attached emails.

Attach Emails as PDF Files

Whether you guys do not want your email recipients to have to deal with .eml files. So then you can also save & forward those emails as PDF files rather.

Similarly, this just takes a few extra steps. But it also makes seeing those emails a bit more suitable for the people which you guys send them to.

First of all, you must have to head to the email that you like to forward. Choose the three dots at the upper right corner of the email message, and choose Print.

This will then open the Chrome print window. Choose the Destination scroll-down and choose Save as PDF.

Choose Save in order to save the file to any folder on your PC as a PDF file.

Here you should repeat this process for as many email messages as you guys would like to forward. Similarly, when you are completed, so then you should have enormous PDF files. With the subject line of those emails as the file name.

In order to forward those emails as attachments, choose to Compose at the upper left corner of the Inbox. Now in the New Message window, choose the attachment icon & attach all of the PDF files by choosing all of them and select Open.

Next just add the recipients, also add the subject line, and then there you have to write your email message. You will see all of the emails attached to the message as PDF files.

Why Forward Multiple Emails in Gmail?

There are multiple reasons you probably have to attach enormous emails in a Gmail message. For instance, whether you are trying to attach enormous reports from your team to your own boss. The capability to attach all of those emails just to one email to your boss will store you a lot of time.

Or you guys probably have to forward the number of emails. From your inbox history to a company or government auditor. The need to send multiple emails was usual enough that Google decided just to make this a standard feature of Gmail.
